Penny has been working in the chiropractic field for over 10 years. Her expertise in dealing with insurance companies and her interpersonal communication skills make her a valuable asset to the Back and Joint Center. She also has highly specialized training in NRT, a valuable tool in assessing the individual nutritional needs of each patient, assuring them of the best possible outcome for their
treatment.

Donna Hodges, Front Desk Manager and Chiropractic Assistant

Donna has several years of experience working in a chiropractic office. She manages the daily office tasks and keeps the office running smoothly; she also assists Dr. Griffitts with patients who receive physical therapy. She has the wonderful ability of making every patient feel welcome and at home while at the Back & Joint Center.
